It's a new day !

The days are long, drab and dreary
Take time for yourself
Take a deep breath
Be here now
Feel the warmth
It's a new day !
Everything is going to be OK

Simplicity

As all of these days go by, hectic days, minds crowded, take time.
Look. See. Appreciate. Connect with any part of nature
to bring you here, right now.

Two ways to look........

Two ways to look........

There are always two ways to look at all that we see ...
To look and see just stone, bare, and uninviting,
what a loss that would be,
I see the beauty of the stone, the curves of
nature, the lovely color, the smooth shelves inviting
to sit. I see windows of wonder, places to discover.
I want to twirl all alone and call it my own.
To hide in a spot just beyond that one wall.
To feel the cool grey and drink in it's strength,
to just for this moment imagine it just my place.
Just a soft breeze to accompany me.......

Transport Yourself ......

Transport Yourself ......

Transport yourself, to here...... hear the sound of the soothing water and feel the light spray coming from it, enjoy all the rich green around you as nature offers it, feel the energy of this place of solitude, feeding you. If you feel the urge ... slide into the water, under the falls and relax to the therapeutic touch.

Look... Out...

Look... Out...

If you are feeling weary, as if nothing stays the same,
look out your window to the sky... focus on the expanse,
the wonder, the connection, to the rest of the world.
Know,
if sun, cloud, rain or snow the sky is forever there for you
to embrace.

Take This Time .....

Take This Time .....

Take this time for you... it is all set and ready, the hammock strung, a soothing breeze, clear skies, and a lovely view. Allow yourself to get lost in thought, relax , find quiet time just you, all noise off and sit, sit and look out to the water, just for a while.
