For those days, you just need a distraction

At times, it is difficult to shake off bad weather, uncertainty about money or your job. So many things, people, places just stuff.
You can be, or stay in, the ~worry about it mode ~.
It is within you to just let it all go …even if you start at just for now.
Just for now take a break and concentrate on something other than worry.
